DSK Observes Customer Service Fortnight Under Youth Festival-2025

Staff Reporter: As part of the nationwide Youth Festival 2025 organized by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), the Customer Service Fortnight officially began on 19 October 2025 and will continue until 2 November 2025. The event aims to promote financial literacy, social awareness, and youth empowerment across the country. A total of 685 certified institutions, both in-person and online, are participating in this nationwide celebration.

As a proud participant, Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK) is observing the Customer Service Fortnight across its microfinance branches in Dhaka, Chattogram, Gazipur, Khulna, Mymensingh, and Narayanganj. Throughout this period, DSK is conducting various programs and discussions designed to engage and educate young people on key social and behavioral issues. The sessions focus on topics such as violence against women and children, sexual harassment and legal remedies, mental health and domestic violence prevention, as well as awareness building against dowry, abduction, and human trafficking. Under the banner of Youth Festival 2025, DSK is organizing various creative and recreational activities, including drawing competitions and sports events.

Through these initiatives, DSK aims to inform young people about the available financial and social services, promote youth entrepreneurship, encourage innovation and employment generation, and involve them in community development activities. The organization strongly believes that the enthusiasm, creativity, and sense of responsibility exhibited by young people are the true driving forces behind sustainable development. By empowering the youth and engaging them in constructive social initiatives, DSK continues to reaffirm its commitment to building an aware, responsible, and inclusive generation that will contribute to Bangladesh’s long-term progress and prosperity.
