Samsung Electronics aims to expand its capacity to provide modern Consumer Electronics items and cater its service in Chattogram Division. Keeping that intention in mind, a Dealer Meet in held in the Port City’s reputed Hotel Agrabad, on March 5, 2023.
The event was attended by Samsung dealers from the Chattogram Division. Mr. Shahriar Bin Lutfor, Director & Head of Business, Mr. Rajib Das Gupta, DGM, Retail Strategy, Mr. Md. Omar Khalid, Chief Manager, Retail Strategy, attended on behalf of Consumer Electronics Division of Samsung Electronics.
Hoque Electronics, the authorized Dealer Distributor of Samsung Electronics for Consumer Electronics items, played a crucial role in organizing the event. The event began at 10 a.m. with a welcome address by Mr. Md. Ekramul Hoque Patowary, Managing Director of Hoque Electronics, who conveyed his gratitude to the dealers for attending the program. He highlighted the importance of the partnership between Samsung and its dealers and thanked the dealers for their continued support and dedication. The program includes an interactive product training session to surge awareness of the modern features Samsung offers in its products. More than 150 Dealers of Electronic goods, along with Journalists from reputed local dailies & news portals from all over Chattogram Division attended the program.
Mr. Shahriar Bin Lutfor, Director and Head of Business, Consumer Electronics Division, Samsung Electronics, spoke about Samsung’s commitment to innovation and quality, and how the company’s products can enhance people’s lives. He also emphasized the importance of the partnership between Samsung and its dealers in providing the best products and services to customers.
Mr. Rajib Das Gupta, DGM, Retail Strategy, Consumer Electronics Division, Samsung Electronics, discussed the latest trends in retail business in Consumer Electronics sector of Bangladesh. He also highlighted Samsung’s initiatives to support its dealers in adapting to these changes and staying ahead of the competition.
Overall, the Samsung Dealer Meet was a successful event, providing a platform for Samsung and its dealers to strengthen their partnership and showcase the latest consumer electronics products.
