Staff Reporter: The 439th meeting of the reconstituted Board of Directors of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited took place on November 5, 2026 in the boardroom at the bank’s head office. The meeting was presided over by the newly elected Chairman of the Board Mr. S. M. Abdul Hamid, FCA. Other directors present at the meeting included Professor Dr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Mr. Kamrul Haque Maruf and Mr. Shaikh Ashafuzzaman FCA. The bank’s Managing Director, Mr. Md. Obaidul Hoque and the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Omar Faruk Bhuiyan were also attend the meeting.
