Staff Reporter: The prize distribution ceremony for the ‘Spend and Win’ campaign, jointly organized by Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC and Mastercard was held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at the Islami Bank Tower. Md. Altaf Hossain, Managing Director (Acting) of the bank attended was present the program as chief guest. Zakia Sultana, Country Manager of Mastercard attended as special guest. Engr. Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, Additional Managing Director of the bank presented Brief Overview of the campaign. Dr. M Kamal Uddin Jasim, Additional Managing Director, Mahmudur Rahman, Md Rafiqul Islam, Muhammad Sayeed Ullah and Md Maksudur Rahman, Deputy Managing Directors were also present at the time. Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Executive Vice President and Head of the Digital Banking Wing of the bank addressed the welcome speech. Senior officials of the bank and representatives of Mastercard attended the event. During the ceremony, prizes were handed over to the top three winners of the campaign. The winners are Md. Nurul Islam (Dhaka), Md. Abdul Hannan (Chattogram) and Mohammad Mahdi Hasan (Chattogram).
