Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has announced a mass meeting in the capital Dhaka on October 28 to demand the fall of the government.
Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced this from a rally in front of the party’s central office in Nayapaltan on Wednesday.
Let the government know from the announcement of the public meeting that you are no more. We do not want BNP to come to power. We want the people to exercise their right to vote and elect their representatives. he said
He said to the activists, ‘You should not leave here and sit. You go from house to house to tell people that people are awake. This government will fall through this awakening.’
After that, the BNP General Secretary announced the next program of the party.
He said, We will hold a mass meeting in Dhaka on October 28. From that rally will begin the great journey to overthrow the government. We will not stop until the government falls.’
“There will be many obstacles. We have to overcome all obstacles and achieve the goal of realizing the rights of our people by making the grand convention a success. We will carry out our program peacefully. We will bring down the Awami League government, which is creating unrest, through peaceful programs,’ said Mirza Fakhrul.
